Café Sazón is a small family owned business that opened its doors in 2010. As a minority-owned business one of our main goals is to unite our community through delicious food.
Initially when the cafe opened we started with baked goods and Bolivian food. However, very quickly we saw the need to expand our menu to reflect the diverse community we serve. Thanks to our wonderful staff we started making a variety of dishes, we learned from each other’s cultures and expanded our own palettes and tastes. Now we are sharing that gift with Arlingotinians with a cuisine selection that includes Bolivian food, Salvadorian food, Peruvian food, Ecuadorian food, American food and it probably will not stop there. The menu will always evolve when we find a dish that both inspires us and is received well by our community.
In the same way food unites people, we strive to provide a safe haven in Arlington where everyone is welcome. In 2017, Cafe Sazon received the Arlington James B Hunter Human Rights Act Award. It was a great honor and our values have not changed. Beyond food, we welcome all, treat everyone with respect, and strive to make everyone’s experience as pleasant as possible.
