At Café Sazón, we are committed to providing high-quality catering services to our clients in Arlington, Virginia and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to make every event a success by offering delicious food, excellent service, and affordable prices. 

To ensure that our catering services meet the needs of our clients, we have developed the following policy: 

All catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to properly plan and prepare for your event, and ensure that we have all the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand. 

We offer a wide range of menu options to choose from, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Our catering prices are based on the number of guests, the type of food and beverages you choose, and any additional services you require (e.g. waitstaff, linens, decoration etc.). We will provide a detailed quote for your event, including all applicable taxes and fees. 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your catering order. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the deposit will be non-refundable.
